I've always been a big believer in the power of making a gratitude list. In fact, I've been a keeper of gratitude journals for many years. It's amazing how I always find something new to be thankful for at the beginning of a new day: my family safely under my roof, a gorgeous sunrise, an aromatic cup of coffee...
