About Mia Rose

I've been a practising psychologist for close to twenty years, working with individuals, couples, and families. What has become clear to me is that we all experience joy, pain, grief, and love - none of us are immune, including me. Just like you, I have walked the path, made mistakes, and examined my life in depth to bring about the changes that I felt were needed. I could not make these offerings to you without self-reflection on what love really means to me.

Earlier this year I founded Healing Love Notes.com with the vision of sending messages of love into the world. I hope that the loving energy of the words and images on this site will gently guide you on your path to living a more loving life. Perhaps you can find some comfort in some of these love notes; or allow them to spark a fire in you, or use them to create connections.
