'You listen to everything
That I have to say
You help me to achieve
And are never in my way

You care about my feelings
I don’t even have to ask
You know my every thought
And you see right through the mask

I had hated you at first
And now I can’t see why
But I see why she fell for you
You are the perfect guy

You help me with my problems
I am here for you too
So different yet the same
I’m glad that I met you

You respect me as a person
Someone who has their own mind
You don’t try to change me
And that is a rare find

I hope this lasts forever
This friendship that we share
For whenever you will need me
I will always be there.'
