Love Poetry": "To my Love," a poem on trust.

'Falling for you was easy,
so much simpler than I thought.
From that brief, pivotal moment
when our eyes met in the crowd,
somehow I knew.
I've never felt such joy,
never imagined such passion!
I bask in your closeness and security.
You are my light.
In the stillness of the dark,
when the moonlight is on your hair,
I wish to freeze time.
To be completely and irrevocably yours
is the greatest treasure I have known.
Intermingled with the dawn,
when the newborn sunlight is as
soft and warm as we are,
I love you with my heart,
but I trust you with my soul.'
