Love Poetry: Remembering the Whispers and Caresses
by Vibhuti

'I reached out for you from the moment I was born
I ached for you silently from the moment I was torn
From the warmth of the sacred embrace of Mother
Who showers the selfless love of which there is no other
That said I looked for you in the harmonies of a song
I hunted for you in the wilderness to which you belong
The wolf in me howled for you many a night as I lay alone
Ever seeking to possess that which no one can own
That first soft wet kiss that I placed upon your soul
I did with all my heart, and once again I felt whole
To enter the warm wetness of a womanly welcome I inhale
And give thanks to the one that I was born a male
What greater gift of love could I ever want
And this is the very thing that has come to haunt
Me in the quiet moments, remembering the whispers and caresses
The color and silkiness of your finest dresses
The fragrance of your hair, the light in your eyes
The taste of your lust and the freedom of your inhibition
I treasure these gems in my mind of love without condition
I will always love thee...'
