Love Poetry: My Love is an Adjective

'Loving him is like the sky after it rains,
A little sad and lonely, but lovely just the same,
Hues of purple blushing red,
(If I'm still breathing I can't be dead)
He turns to me and as our eyes meet
I can feel the blood rushing to my feet,
The light brushes of his hand on mine,
Skin on skin teases me to no end,
But nothing ever comes of it
Because to him we’re just friends.'
