Love Poetry: First Thirst.
by Lorenzo Wordsmith
(Glasgow Scotland)
'Breathing
Racing breath shows out to all around
The thought of our next meeting
The apprehension greeting
The Pulsing Blood flow rushing
Gushing loudly without sound
The beads of sweat a sign of nervous tension
Animated suspension of the warming glow within
Rejection cannot confront me for my Love I have to win
This pounding ache to see you now is lost as we begin
I meet you I greet you You must see my desire
That belly turning fire
This man before you never tires
To Court You Escort you take you over that threshold
Where at last i may be so Bold
To Love you as i have since first thirst.'
