First Love Letter

Reader Post: 'My 5-year-old son this morning sat huddled over a piece of paper and looked up only to ask how to spell the word "heart." He then went back to his serious work and ended by asking me help him draw a "good heart" by his name. He asked that I not read his note because it was "too special to share." Of course, I couldn't resist and this is what I read:

I can't let you go from my heart

I love you

Ian?



I do so hope it is received in the innocence and purity from which it was written, even in its likely wrinkled, stuffed-in-a-Pooh Bear- backpack state.'
